If you encounter any connectivity issues, here are some troubleshooting tips: 1. Ensure your WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on. 2. Verify that your WiFi is 2.4GHz (not 5GHz) and enter the correct password. 3. Make sure the app can detect the nearby devices and the lights are in pairing mode. 4. Position the lights and your router as close as possible for a stronger signal.

If the lights don't work together in a group, aren't changing color, or the app is not functioning properly, try the following: 1. Check if the lights are offline and restart the app or update it to the latest version. 2. Ensure the products have the same functionality, then dismiss the group, restart the app, and recreate the group.

Keep in mind that the Brizled Smart Lights do not have built-in warm white, and the addressable warm white from RGB lights will appear yellowish.
